At risk of preterm labor at 25 weeks?

i am at risk for preterm labor and only 25 weeks. i am on bedrest and my cervix is only 3 in long and the baby is pushing against my cervix. she has yet to come up above my belly button she stays at the bottom of my uterus. i really need a pedicure. if i get one will it make me go into labor with all the massaging? i heard that if you get your ankles massaged it will make you go into labor.
